REFUND POLICY:
Thanks for purchasing our products through Purafier.com.
Due to the current pandemic and pursuant to CDC guidelines, hand sanitizer is not eligible for refunds or returns.
If our products arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours, so that we can facilitate a product return and replacement shipment.

Shipment processing time
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing of shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping locations, rates & delivery estimates
We currently do not ship outside the continental U.S. (Hawaii and Alaska are excluded). We can only ship orders to a physical address and do not ship to PO boxes.
UPS Ground is the only shipping method available currently.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occur occasionally. Please be advised that UPS has suspended their UPS Service Guarantee as of March 26, 2020.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Purafier.com is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
